Standing empty and alone, the owners of the building located at 62 Colin St in West Perth decided it was time for a commercial office refurbishment. This three storey building refurbishment has brought a tired structure that was failing to lure prospective tenants to life.

Each floor was totally demolished in order to prepare the base building as a marketable venture. Ceilings were replaced and minimal new partitioning was installed to create completed offices on each floor. Effectively, making better use of some existing peculiarly formed spaces.  All bathrooms underwent a full makeover as well. All of which included new flooring, fittings and fixtures. These essential spaces were transformed with style and now connect easily with the open floor areas through a re-furbished common corridor.

A revitalized building is now home to commercial tenants who enjoy fresh new surroundings and a positive outlook for the future. This commercial office refurbishment also met all client requirements being on time, on budget and delivering as much bang for their bucks as possible.

Extent of Work:

Building works – Complete demolition of all three floors. Removal of existing ceilings and installation of new. Installation of gyprock and glazed partitioning. New floorcoverings and painting throughout.
Services – Upgrade to existing services and installation of new lighting, power and data. New upgraded plumbing and drainage to service wet areas on all three floors.
