A Springly Step In The Commercial Fitout Air
September is here and spring is in the air – even though it might still feel a bit like winter. Since our last update, the team has been full steam ahead on a number of commercial fitout projects. In fact, some have been extremely large, keeping us very much occupied.
One major project handover since our last update was the Little Lion Café within the Perth Children’s Hospital. The final result is breathtaking and sometimes, I can’t think of enough good words to describe it.
In fact, it’s a magical interior design.
The main interior features are amazing. Ground-breaking illuminated Corian trees, counters and bulkheads which evoke a sense of mystical whimsy as you enter the space. I don’t doubt this café is going to be a place that will draw adults and children to it. In fact, I’ve even had people tell me they can’t wait to go to the café. And they don’t have children!
Our clients are also really impressed with the outcome so that’s another positive score for Bellfort.
You may also recall me telling you about our fundraising activities scheduled for July. Phew…it was a busy month but well worth the effort. The Bellfort Bunnings sausage sizzle was a fun day and supported by all the Vic Park locals. Some people even travelled a distance in order to donate to a worthy cause. Hectic planning for the quiz night resulted in a huge night.
Commercial fit out and fundraising enthusiasts reach their goal!
There was not a seat left. Between drawing competitions, paper airplane throwing events and a silent auction, a large amount of money was raised. All proceeds have been donated to Youth Focus, a valuable community charity that offers youth suicide prevention services.
Recently, the team have been working on the consolidation refurbishment for CGG in West Perth. Alongside this project, they have also been completing new works for Fresh Start in Subiaco. Plus base building works at 29 Collier Rd and a make good at 76 Kings Park Rd for Savills. There’s no rest for the wicked…so they say.

And, on top of all of this, the team have been starring in a few videos alongside some of our clients. The videos we’ve completed so far are focused on projects such as Catholic Homes and Little Lion Café. There will soon be one of the Witch’s Cauldron alfresco dining area too. A scary thought I can leave you with is that the next time you hear from me, it will be December. Christmas will be looming and end of year festivities will be in full swing.
