At Bellfort, being able to assess and advise when it comes to any commercial workspace is part of our DNA. If your business occupies over 200sqm, we are offering a free workspace assessment. Quite simply, our design team will come to your business premises at a mutually convenient time. We will carry out an assessment of how your office works and then follow up with recommendations on how you can improve the space to yours and employees benefits.

Design & Fitout Consultation

Our office fitout assessment process is essentially a fact finding mission. We need to understand how your office functions and how your teams work, We also take into account growth vs reduction as well as practicalities such as storage and essentials. And, given the pandemic we are working through, we can also advise on how best to create a Covid-safe workspace. All of this is generally completed within one hour, dependant on the size of your tenancy and the depth of information you want us to provide.

What you will receive
  • A summary of our fact finding mission.
  • Recommendations on the suitability of your office space, suggestions for improvement and how Covid design principles can be integrated.
  • If requested, recommendations on alternative premises that would better suit your business requirements, including rent and fit out costs.
