The Design & Fitout Year Ahead is Looking Mighty Fine

We hope your year started with a bang and has continued in a positive way. Over here at Bellfort, ours certainly has. And while last year was a good one, looking at our current project list, I think this coming year may be better. It’s been a while since we updated our news due to our workload so you may be interested in knowing what we’ve been up to.

If you follow any of our social media, you will have seen us refer to the Niche project in Nedlands a few times. This project encompassed the refurbishment of the Independent Living Centre, Centre for Neurological Support and common areas within the building.

On budget. On time. Every time.

It was a mammoth task from the start with an intensive brief-taking and consultation period with all parties involved. Overall, there were about 38 meetings with different clients occupying various departments within each organization. Design and documentation followed and resulted in a very productive construction period that produced fantastic results, met each client’s brief and is another feather in Bellfort’s cap.

Another project we were running concurrently was out in Bullsbrook for RAAF Pearce. Works covered over 5,400sqm and included installation of extensive fire-rated ceilings, doors and partitions. The team did a brilliant job of bringing all components together and we are very proud of the finished outcome.

In between our larger projects we are still busy with smaller design and fitout work. We’ve recently handed over a childcare centre for the Schools of Early Learning in Nedlands and will soon be commencing major works on their new site in Como. Other projects we can add to our list are Angelo St Optical in South Perth and GPA Engineering in the CBD.

And, apart from all of the hard work we seem to be doing, our commitment to helping charities that tug at our heartstrings continues. Recent donations have included the School of St Jude’s in Tanzania, Homelessness we Care Perth and SHARE Africa. All worthy charities and we are happy to help them achieve their goals in making a difference to the communities they support.

With this in mind we will no doubt be ramping up fundraising activities for this year soon so keep a look out for what we have planned next. We hope you’ve enjoyed our latest news update and we’ll be bringing more to you as it happens.
