September 2016 Latest Bellfort News

September is always a commercial interior crazy kind of month. With school holidays, public holidays, the Royal Show and of course Bellfort projects. And we love it! What’s not to love in the commercial interior design and fit out world? Apart from the commercial interior projects we have happening at present, we have also been dedicating a lot of time to refreshing our website. Not that we think our website was all that bad before, we really just wanted to make it better. And it’s looking great with much improved navigation and added graphics to show the world exactly how good we are.

September may be refurbishment month!

Over the past few weeks, the team have made huge progress at our PCYC Midland project. The main floor in the central gymnasium has been replaced with new timber floorboards and it looks fantastic. The toilet refurbishment is progressing really well and the kitchen area is ready for it’s new stainless steel worktops. While this commercial interior project is still very much a building site, the visible improvements are evidence that the new look PCYC Midland will be a far better place than what it was.

We also handed over an office refurbishment at 41 St Georges Tce to very happy leasing agents this month. Completing this project for CBRE, we were able to create an enticing space for prospective tenants or owners and banish the tired, worn environment it had become. Demolition of redundant partitioning and services made a big impact within the space. Installation of new carpet, painting and new ceilings made an even bigger one. The floor now offers a solid canvas eager for a cost effective interior design and fit out. We’ve also produced notional floor plans for CBRE which will showcase the tenancy in a very positive way to prospective tenants or buyers.

If we can ever be of assistance for your office refurbishment, don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Some new projects we have been awarded this month are for Security Capitol Investments and we are heading back to school at Perth College. Both are refurbishment projects and there will no doubt be further news on them next month.

Bellfort fundraising

You may recall that last month we had a big Bellfort focus on fundraising, holding our annual quiz night and entering the City to Surf. In case you may have been wondering, total funds raised to date are a staggering $11,294. And we see no reason to stop there. Our Bellfort Bikers Everyday Hero fundraising page is still accepting donations and all money is given to Youth Focus. If you would like to contribute, head on over to Bellfort Bikers Everyday Hero page.
