September feels to have disappeared before my eyes in the commercial interior design & fitout world. However, the amount of work the team is achieving is piling up into a number of very happy clients. While I am sure all of you will groan when I mention that Christmas is coming…fast. We are all looking forward to a good break. And of course, the chance to reflect on this year and admire everything that we’ve accomplished.

Projects on budget, on time, every time

Our Catholic Homes project is at the half way point and work is going really well. Everything is on time and the schedule is looking good. Preparation works for the lift installation are complete and all interior brickwork and render have been lined and flushed. Ceilings are complete on the upper floors and the team have been focusing on the intricate ground floor bulkheads. New bathrooms have evolved and the electrical installation is moving along at a fast pace. I think everyone is now anticipating the end result and can see that it’s going to look brilliant.

Make goods are looking mighty fine!

The make good on Kings Park Road in West Perth is complete and the result is quite stunning. Considering what the tenancy looked like when we commenced the project and how it ended up, there is no comparison. I think any prospective tenant will welcome a space like this for their commercial interior design & fitout. Likewise, the three floor make good we are currently doing at 62 Colin Street, West Perth. The extent of work being carried out in this building is huge. Each floor has been fully stripped out, leaving us with a bare concrete shell to transform for future tenants.

When it comes to commercial interior design & fitout, a solid base build will allow for good design and this is our aim. There will be new flooring, ceilings, bathrooms, painting, mechanical and electrical installations carried out. Nothing will remain untouched as a lot of work is needed to bring this building into a current leasing state. It will however be worth the transformation and people are already showing interest which is a fantastic sign.

Plenty of commercial interior design & fitout projects coming our way

In between the larger projects, we have also been finishing off smaller ones for Stonewest, Global Advanced Metals and Independence Group. The IGO project is in a temporary completion stage as we await the long lead items. Once finished this new commercial interior design & fitout will be quite exciting with colourful graphics and a more relaxed feel throughout the working environment.

Our website continues to be tweaked in order to make it as user friendly as possible. You may have noticed we’ve added photos from ILC Cockburn to the home page and gallery recently. As soon a a project is completed we do upload what is possible as we know our followers are keen to keep up to date. Over the next few months you will probably see even more changes occurring as we look at refining some of the information we are sharing but it’s all a positive step in the right direction.
