Our Latest Design & Fitout Update

Well, it has been a while since we updated our latest design & fitout news. With the year that we’ve all experienced so far, there’s a lot to share. And I’m glad to say it’s all good, positive news.

Who knows why, but amid all the Covid-19 doom and gloom, we’ve been really busy. Fortunately, we had a large project that started our year off with a bang. Because of this, we were able to weather the “iso” weeks fairly well.

Design & Fitout is Keeping us Busy

Our first project this year was for Blum Australia. They are a prominent, international hardware manufacturer and supplier. The project saw us design and fitout a new 1000sqm tenancy in Osborne Park and create a beautiful showroom and office space. While the initial brief may have left us a little underwhelmed, that old Bellfort tenacity soon kicked in. It allowed us to challenge rigid guidelines and become inspired to create one of the most welcoming showrooms in Perth.

The photos speak for themselves. The result is incredible. In addition, we have an exceptionally happy client who values our talent and expertise when it comes to design & fitout.

On the tail-end of Blum, we were busy completing a few smaller projects. These were for City West Lotteries House and the Department of Agriculture out at Perth Airport. Both of which were completed on time and on budget. Plus, with the Bellfort fleet driving from one site to another, it’s helped to spread the Bellfort advantage around town. While these projects were being completed, we were also busy preparing for a new design and fitout in Claremont.

The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons were relocating and appointed Bellfort to get the job done. Their wish-list included increased training and meeting facilities to support their membership as well as comfortable working spaces. Budget was tight so we really focused on stretching the $$ as far as we could. And it worked.

Another major win for Bellfort this year was the design and fitout for Mammoet in Henderson. Being tasked to transform a dull space into one that will be rather special is something everyone is excited about. Even our client! It’s currently in construction. And if you follow any of our social media, you may have seen some photos and sketches already.

Once we hand over this site, we’ll be moving on to two more projects in Subiaco. And this will fill our capacity for the remainder of 2020. I don’t doubt the guys will be looking forward to a well-earned Christmas break by then.

But the break won’t be for too long as we continue to spread the Bellfort word however we can. You may have seen a few of our CAT buses driving around or heard us on the radio. Plus we had a digital billboard on Milligan St in the city. All of which are helping to keep the phone ringing and everyone busy.

Why not check out our client reviews

Following the completion of every project, we ask our clients for their feedback and review. You can read through what they are saying by clicking here.
