It’s a triple win this month!

Office fit out is happening in Perth

No matter what you think, Perth is a vibrant city and the office fit out sector is keeping Bellfort busy. Even though we’ve been on the scene for a short time, we must be doing the right thing. Given responses we’ve received from clients and suppliers, it’s confirmed.

Bellfort are here to stay!

To start the month off with a bang, we’ve been awarded three new office fit out projects.

ADG Here We Come!

650 square metre office fit out of ‘ADG global supply’  in Osborne Park. Bellfort were awarded the job after tendering against some leading Perth companies. Effectively, presenting superior in order to win the project. We look forward to partnering with designer Richard Caldecott and project manager Jeffrey Morfesse. Both gentlemen have long standing professional reputations in Perth. We don’t doubt the partnership will be both successful and enduring. Work is due to commence on the 1st November so watch our Facebook page for progress showing just how we do it! Images are to be added to our gallery once complete. And who knows, we may even dedicate a Pinterest board to this project on our Pinterest page.

What next for Bellfort?

  • Commercial tenancy sub division in Perth for landlord ‘Charter Hall’. This is the first of many new projects that Bellfort and Charter Hall are to work on. Landlords in Perth are gearing up for some tough times ahead. We are hoping to help them and leasing companies as much as possible. Essentially, ensuring business continues to grow and succeed for everyone.
  • 600 square metre office fit out and interior refurbishment for ‘AGC (AusGroup of Companies)’ within their ground floor office space at 251 St Georges Terrace. Partnering with OFP, Bellfort are undertaking all of the office fit out works. Inclusive of electrical and data upgrade, carpeting, new training room and painting.
