Here we are at the end of October and commercial office design in Perth has never looked so good! And of course, I’m talking about Bellfort office design and fitout because we do it good…really good.

October has seen us really busy. We have a number of projects in full swing and various trades on site contributing to create some amazing interiors. I can honestly say that our standard of work is so high, even our clients are blown away. And that’s never a bad thing. We’ve developed a professional approach that gets the job done in the best way possible for our clients. And we’re very proud of it. Commercial office design is one of our specialties. And with over 20 years experience in this particular field, we know what we are doing. You may even like to read about our approach to commercial office design.

What are we working on?

Office design has certainly featured high in our catalogue of work this month. The project we are currently constructing for Catholic Homes is looking great and taking on it’s own personality. There are a number of feature bulkheads and alcoves that the team have created on the ground floor. These will provide that ‘wow’ factor when people enter the space. The building is essentially the head office for Catholic Homes Inc. However, as their focus is on aged care, the office design must be mindful to reflect these qualities as well. This commercial office design is still going to be current and functional, we’ve just softened some of the sharp edges that are often associated with the corporate world.

Budget has also featured strongly with this project and I’m always impressed with how the team is able to stretch the dollars and be creative at the same time. Decorative elements within the interior will incorporate old and new as Catholic Homes do have some historical artefacts that will harmoniously work within the office design. There are also existing artworks and sentimental furniture pieces that have been seamlessly blended with new design elements. One of the main decorative features will be the use of glazing film to provide privacy for offices as well as colour and CHI corporate branding throughout. A very cost effective and professional approach. Can’t wait to see the end result!
