Mid Year Mayhem

So, the Bellfort commercial interior design and fitout world heads towards the end of June once again. It feels like last year was just last week! However, when I stop and think about the work we have completed to date and what we have in construction, I can’t help but realise that the Bellfort team is flying high.

Commercial interior design and fitout heads outdoors!

We’ve recently handed over the Witch’s Cauldron alfresco area and it looks brilliant. Anyone who follows us on Facebook will have seen its progress. We did challenge a few of our contractors – due to our creative pursuit for excellence. Particularly, with the creation of broomsticks from steel reinforcement bar. Couple this with balustrade from steel mesh and the need to have a level deck and the footpath altered to suit. The end result is a revitalised entrance to a Subiaco institution and the crowds are loving it. So too is our fabulous client who had faith in our vision and trust in our ability to bring it to life.

Many recent projects have had us travelling far and wide. We are just finishing a couple of office refurbishments for Amspec Petrospection in Rockingham and BGSR in Mount Lawley. Both are great clients. And we love being able to make such a positive difference through our approach to commercial interior design and fitout. Now the team is set to travel even further. Compliments of a large project due to commence for RAAF across two locations in Bullsbrook and Gingin.

And we have more interesting projects in construction

One of our major commercial design and fitout projects for the year is the creation of a café interior. This is within the new Perth Children’s Hospital. As mentioned in previous blogs, our client is the PCH Foundation – the fundraising arm for the hospital. Everyone involved in this project is excited. And it’s because they know the café design and layout is going to be a very memorable one. We now have engraved Corian trees taking shape. Plus stainless steel benching in production and a specialist lighting installation underway. This magical interior will be a welcoming sanctuary for children and adults in need of nurture.

And we’ve also had a number of clients return to Bellfort for repeat business. Either in their existing businesses or new ventures. We will soon be commencing consolidation fitout works for CGG in West Perth. We completed their contemporary office design a few years ago. They now have a need to relinquish floor space that is surplus to their requirements. The existing office interior design is very flexible. It allows for these changes to occur with minimal impact on the working environment. You can see images of the commercial interior design and fitout we completed for CGG in our project gallery.

CGG here we come again!

We have also been asked to help revitalise an existing small office for Sansom Capital in the CBD. Branding, colour and a review of office layout ideas with them will help inject the corporate feel they are after. All without a big price tag! While the phone is still ringing with enquiries, we have not forgotten our commitment to fundraising for designated charities. Saturday July 15th will see us at Bunnings in Vic Park cooking up a storm of sausages for anyone passing by. If you have the time, come and say hi and help us raise much needed funds for Youth Focus. Following this, we have our annual Quiz Night on Friday July 28th at the Vic Park Hotel. This is going to be an even better event than last year with heaps of great prizes and loads of fun.

You can check out our Bellfort Bikers fundraising page for more details. And if you are keen to join us, give us a call to book your table.

I’ve just realised there is more happening than what I can write about now. Stay tuned for our next Bellfort Latest News instalment. And, don’t forget our Facebook page for daily news and life within the commercial interior design and fitout world.
