March is almost over and done with and I hope everyone had a great Easter break. The Bellfort team certainly did but that doesn’t mean anyone has been skiving off. Especially when it comes to commercial interiors. And commercial office interiors seem to be the flavour of the month!

Awesome office interiors are the focus for this month!

We’ve commenced an exciting office interior for My Leave in West Perth recently.  It incorporates interesting design ideas and the usual Bellfort attention to detail when it comes to construction.

This 479sqm tenancy is undergoing a transformation which includes partitioning, mechanical, electrical, security, flooring, joinery and loose furniture. Everything is tracking as expected for this project and we will no doubt be sharing photos with you soon.

Another commercial office interior project we have completed this month is a full floor refurbishment at 14 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth. Level 3 has never looked so good and I’m sure it won’t take long, or be a hard task to entice tenants to fill the space so that it becomes an efficient earner for the owners. This vacant office interior underwent a transformation that included the following:

  • Demolition of space inhibitive partitioning
  • Removal of existing floorcovering and installation of new
  • Full male and female bathroom upgrade
  • Re-tubing of existing lighting and re-balance of mechanical services
  • Ceiling repairs
  • Painting of all existing walls and lift doors

Minimal demolition allowed the tenancy to capture some of the best views in West Perth and create a fantastic first impression for anyone who enters the space. New floorcoverings have provided a solid background for the next tenants interior design elements and the bathroom refurbishments have upgraded tired facilities that now have timeless longevity. All works were completed within a tight two week period and the budget amounted to $223 sqm.

Given the current market, this is real value for money and the overall impression is that the tenancy looks like the owners have easily spent double this amount or more.

The Bellfort team continue to hit the right mark with all of our projects and while we’ve been busy building office interiors this month, the amount of designing and programming taking place for up and coming projects means there are very exciting times ahead. Can’t wait!
