Commercial fitouts rule!

I was considering how quickly March had flown by the other day. And all this flying is evidence as to how busy we’ve been. This month kicked off with a few really good commercial fitouts that we’ve won. They will have us beavering away in order to get the best positive results for our clients.

One of our new fitout projects is for Catholic Homes. They have bought an existing three storey building in Burswood. It requires a full strip out and complete new fitout for each floor, including a new lift installation. This location will be their new head office. We are really excited about the challenges ahead in creating this new working environment for a well respected and community minded business.

Another project in our portfolio is for Stonewest in Ellenbrook. We are converting a warehouse unit into a two storey office/warehouse facility. This will involve construction of a mezzanine floor and will provide lots of interest to everyone involved. Other commercial fitouts we have been busy completing are CTPartners and AGC. We mentioned these in last month’s update and work has progressed really well.  A new client to add to the Bellfort portfolio is Aquarius Platinum which has seen us carry out make-good works in their tenancy.

And DHS (Department of Human Services) has been filling any other spare time available. We’ve been completing various works spread across their Cannington, Osborne Park, Northbridge and Bunbury sites. Its felt like everyone has been busy this past month and now I know why! New photos are going to be added to our project gallery soon. And we will follow them into Pinterest and other social platforms when ready.

On a lighter note, the Bellfort team are participating in this year’s City to Surf in August. This year we are fundraising for Youth Focus. We’ll be sharing further information through the Bellfort Bikers Facebook page.

This is a great opportunity for the team to help a very worthy community organisation. Considering the fabulous result we had last year, we expect to achieve something similar this year. Not only does the Bellfort team succeed with commercial fitouts, we do a great job supporting the community.
