July 2016 Latest Bellfort News

July has almost been and gone although commercial fitout is still achieving great results over here at Bellfort. I hope you have enjoyed a healthy start to the new financial year and that it will be a prosperous one for you. While some people may be sprouting doom and gloom, we are choosing to look on the brighter side and push on with productivity. Especially when it comes to creative design in the commercial fitout sector. And given our current workload, it’s important that we keep our positive outlook.

Bellfort commercial fitout projects are starting the year off with a bang!

Early this month we successfully handed over the Western Environmental & Coterra Environment co-location project to very happy clients. The place looks amazing and for a commercial fitout, it has taken on a personality of it’s own which is very inviting. We are in the process of photographing the interior. Look out for some amazing images soon to be released on our website and social media platforms. They will be worth looking at!

Another commercial fitout that we are close to completing is for Doray Minerals. This tenancy is in Hay Street, West Perth. It’s definitely demonstrating the best way to achieve a productive work space in a cost effective manner. We firmly believe that you don’t have to spend big dollars to get a great result. You just have to be more creative when it comes to a commercial office or any other type of commercial fitout.

Where else have the Bellfort team been working this month?

Our Team is also busy back at Prowse Street in West Perth. This time it’s the ground floor we are currently building for Connolly & Associates. Our familiarity with the building is definitely a benefit to everyone involved, even our client. This commercial office will include a spacious entry area and boardroom. The focus is definitely on that valuable first impression. There are also offices and open plan work areas. Plus there are supporting spaces for general utilities, storage and breakout. It might sound simple, but it isn’t. The tenancy dimension and ceiling installation have influenced us to design and fit out this commercial office in a creatively efficient manner.

Our PCYC Midland project has started with a major flooring installation occurring over the next few weeks. This will require the removal of existing timber floors and the installation of new jarrah flooring. Essentially providing the basketball/gym space and youth amenities fit out will have a solid foundation. Demolition is almost finished in the bathroom and kitchen areas as well. Stay tuned into our Facebook page so you can see progress photos as they are published. This will be quite a lengthy project for everyone involved but well worth the end result.

And I haven’t even mentioned other projects we are due to start for SLS Accounting and a make good at 41 St Georges Tce. I’ll save that for next time! Until then, why not check out our project gallery or one of our latest blogs published on our website. I’m sure you will find a number of blogs well worth the read.
