Creating the Catholic Homes Corporate Office

Creating the new Catholic Homes corporate office cemented a successful relationship between Bellfort and a leading Perth aged care provider. The three storey building that formed the basis of this project was run down and not fit for occupancy. It was also in need of a lot of remedial work before any new works could commence.

Essential services such as electrical and air conditioning were replaced to ensure interior efficiencies. And, to meet access requirements, a lift was installed to cover access across the three floor. Design elements within the new interior were carefully selected in order to maintain the Catholic Homes identity. However, we also provided the new workspace with a fresh outlook and interesting ceiling and wall features. These features offer a high level of style without being too over the top. They also maximised as much natural light as possible which met our client’s brief.

This project delivered boardroom, kitchen, and training facilities. Plus, the flexible working areas provide Catholic Homes a secure base for the future. And they are extremely proud of this new corporate office.
