The end of 2013 was a busy time for Bellfort, especially with commercial fitouts and the team working hard to achieve client deadlines. In just 12 working days Bellfort refurbished just under 2000m2 of commercial space for AGC to move into their new West Perth office. As always, works were completed on time and on budget. Commercial fitouts are our specialty

Commercial design and fitout is something that we at Bellfort really specialise in. And we actually enjoy working to tight time frames and budgets as we believe it stretches our talent. Plus reaching the result we need is a huge buzz.

Also within very tight deadlines for our clients, Bellfort completed some office alterations and a make good for Paladin Energy and Deep Yellow. The task of making good a tenancy you need to vacate is often overlooked. However, it’s definitely a major step when considering relocating your business. The space you are vacating will be occupied by another tenant. Therefore, the base build, or the bare shell commercial interior, needs to support and attract possibilities within the property market.

And when it comes to commercial fitouts, we try to keep on top of feedback from our clients so that we can be sure we are doing things right. We often ask clients for a review and also ask them to submit a Google review if they can. This way everyone can read their comments.
