Jenny did an amazing job with our original store design some 13 years ago and in no small measure had contributed to our success as a business, so we were keen to have her input in our refit. From start to finish, Bellfort were fantastic to deal with. They were professional throughout and listened well and responded to our needs and feedback. Being in retail it was important that we had as little downtime as possible and to their credit they achieved an amazing result with only two weeks of closure.
Richard and all the tradespeople who worked onsite were all a pleasure to work with. The design and finish is amazing and we continue to get wonderful feedback from both our clients and also industry. We certainly have received great value in a unique design, competent and timely fitout, quality materials and finishes and an easy snagging outcome. We expect it to last us well for another 13 years. When we're looking to refurbish again we'll be heading straight back to Jenny and the team at Bellfort Commercial Interior Design and Fitout.

An Office Fitout That Transforms The Space
We have just worked with Bellfort on a major refurbishment of our facility. This could have been a complex difficult project as we have a number of smaller groups co located with us BUT the team at Bellfort managed the situation with great sensitivity, professionalism, creativity and craftsmanship. The project was headache free!!! and we are totally indebted to Richard for being so generous with his time and resources. John and the tradies for having an unbelievable can do attitude always with a smile on their face and a commitment to a great end product . Jenny for her creativity and brilliant design skills..she really captured who we are and what we do and pushed the design into a brilliant end product. Bellfort delivered on time and on budget BUT they delivered much more !! which was a great experience for all and a facility we are so proud of.

An Office Fit Out For Success And Growth
We engaged Bellfort Commercial Interior Design & Fitout to renovate an area in our West Perth office. We needed a new kitchen, a training room, some additional office space and a new meeting room. Our dealings with Richard and Jenny were very professional – they listened to what we wanted and were accommodating of our ideas and constraints. The work itself was carried out in a very efficient manner. It’s always tricky renovating in a “live” work environment, but the tradesman were clean, kept the mess to a minimum and worked quickly and quietly.

Richard and his team of designers and subcontractors conducted the design and fitout for my café (Repeat Offender) in Subiaco. The conduct of the design phase and the professionalism of the designer was second to none. They were able to take a very basic outline from my thought bubble and create the space I needed along with a few innovative ideas that gave the café a unique identity. The conduct of the build was excellent with the subcontractors being very professional and displaying a high level of attention to detail. Our company has used Bellfort 3 times now for office fit out and relocations. The last which was only completed a matter of weeks ago was by far the biggest – a 3 story complete design and construct for a Nabers 5 Star rated high quality building in West Perth. Each project has been completed on time and on budget. There were no surprises, with the only variation from the original quote coming from me, the client, and not from Bellfort. The property manager also commented on the cleanliness of the project.
I would not hesitate to recommend Richard, Jenny, John and the rest of the Bellfort team to carry out any office fit out or relocation project. Every contractor on site was courteous and helpful which is a testament to Richard’s selection criteria of these contractors. We have 2 more large contracts coming up in the near future and will be using Bellfort again. These guys are our preferred contractor.
