August 2016 Latest Bellfort News

August is almost over and while some of us are still feeling the after effects of the City to Surf event on the weekend, it hasn’t impacted on the Bellfort commercial interior design and fit out machine.

If anything, it’s spurred us on to get projects completed and commence the build for new fit outs that we have on our list.

A number of projects mentioned in last month’s update have been completed and successfully handed over to happy clients. Connolly and Associates, located on the ground floor at 25 Prowse St looks fantastic. The effect of the open plan work area is spacious and inviting.

SLS Accounting in Ventnor Ave, West Perth looks great as well. While some existing elements were retained to meet the project budget, new workstations and the reception area were new. We’ve even had the leasing agent comment on how good the tenancy looks now! And it wasn’t just a month of interior design and fit out for accountants.

We also completed a project for Doray Minerals in Hay St, West Perth. And, they gave Bellfort a great review. If you would like to read it and any others, you can check out our Google reviews by clicking here.

We have a number of current interior design and fit out projects in varying stages that are keeping the Bellfort team quite busy. The first is PCYC in Midland which is a major refurbishment of a very tired, run down building. As is usually the case with old buildings, as soon as we get on top of one area, it highlights a problem with another. But the team on site are doing a brilliant job. The project is looking great, even though it’s still a construction site. The café interior design for the new Children’s Hospital is coming along. We are starting to work on construction details and fine-tuning of various trades required to build this fit out. It’s not a quick process but the end result is going to be great.

Even though August has been busy with interior design and fit out projects, we have also been very busy working on our fundraising efforts.

Our annual quiz night was an amazing success. We doubled last year’s funds raised and attendance. In fact the Vic Hotel in Subiaco was packed to the rafters and everyone had a fun night.

Especially those who entered the “silly hat” competition!

The Bellfort team also competed in a number of City to Surf events in order to boost our fundraising tally for the year. We were joined by many friends and you can visit our  Bellfort Bikers Everyday Hero page to see how close we are to our budget goal. If you would like to help us meet this goal then please do.

All funds raised go to Youth Focus and they are a very worthy charity.

On the home front, we are working on freshening up our website. It’s going to look fantastic and we will definitely let you know when it’s up and running. New page formats and content will be the main changes. Can’t wait!
