April 2016 Latest Bellfort News
Commercial fit out is in full swing at Bellfort this month!
April has proven to be yet another very productive commercial fit out month for Bellfort. And things don’t look like they will be slowing down any time soon. From small tenancy refurbishments, to large commercial fit out projects. The team is delivering on time, on budget, every single time.
Bellfort commercial fit out projects keep getting better!
One of our current large commercial fit out projects is for MyLeave (the construction industry long service leave scheme). They will be re-locating to 50 Colin Street in West Perth. This is a full 479sqm interior design and fitout project that when finished, will accommodate 34 people. They will be surrounded by efficient meeting facilities, comfortable breakout space and extensive storage.
The interior is an open plan concept with a heavy emphasis on graphics that support the corporate identity of the company. Works have been progressing really well on site. If you are one of our Facebook followers, you will have seen progress photos over the past few weeks.

A new commercial fit out project that Bellfort have won recently is for a co-location. Western Environmental and Coterra Environment will be coming together at 25 Prowse St, West Perth. This is a 300sqm tenancy which occupies the third floor of the building. It’s a prominent building that can’t be missed when driving in the area and the fitout we have designed is going to look brilliant. There will be a blend of natural finishes, vibrant colour and a dash or two of astro turf. A suitable interior for these outstanding companies.
Another commercial fit out project we have kept up our sleeves for a little while is the design and fitout of the ground floor café within the new Perth Children’s Hospital. This particular space falls under the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and we are really excited to be involved in such an innovative development. The café itself is still in the documentation stages and when we can show you images of our “trees of life” concept, we will. This café is going to look beautiful and I think everyone involved will be extremely proud of their contribution.
This sums up April for the Bellfort team and no doubt next month’s update i’ll bring you more interesting news from the commercial fit out and interior design world. In the meantime, why not check out some of our other blogs.
