This full building project commenced in the middle where reception, retail and a breakout/cafe space was created for staff and visitors to use. Following this success, we cast our magic over the building’s west wing, where we crafted a flexible use open plan workspace peppered with focus areas and quieter meeting booths.
The creation of a multi-use workspace that pleases everyone!
Given the productivity boost this new workspace was delivering, we were then asked to flow the concept into the remaining larger east wing, which also needed to accommodate corporate elements of the business.
The interior layout incorporates lines and curves and eliminates the old and boring. Large format graphics deliver an impactful punch and best of all, every person who works within this space simply loves being there.
Extent of work
Design, documentation & approvals
Preparation of concepts, design development and construction drawings to meet Building Code of Australia and landlord requirements.
Building Works
Strip out and building upgrade with new ceilings throughout, including flush plasterboard and bulkhead features.
Construction of reception, meeting rooms, boardroom, kitchen, breakout, offices, open plan, meeting booths
Services
Installation of electrical services including power and data. New plumbing services, security and air conditioning.
Furniture
Installation of flexible workstations to open plan areas and offices. New joinery to kitchen. Loose furniture and custom joinery.
