Sometimes, interior fit out projects are simply a pleasure to work on. And our recently completed project for Mammoet in Henderson is definitely one of them.
The existing interior was bland and originally occupied by a government department. This meant full demolition was required before we could commence any new interior fit out works. The consolidation of staff from a number of different sites led initial design concepts to ensure capacity was future-proofed. Then the design took over and developed into a bold, bright workspace that embodies Mammoet’s business.
Mesh panels greet you as you enter the office. Then they continue into the open plan space to compliment large format wall graphics. Feature mesh ceiling panels are found in reception, the breakout and boardroom areas. The mesh appearance is softened by curves and placement of lighting in order to ‘play’ up shadows and drama.
Bold Finishes and Texture Combine To Create a Strong Interior
Above all, this interior is strong. Placement of furniture, soft seating and graphics introduces a high level of comfort that promotes staff collaboration. Further, this is enhanced with positioning of mobile meeting tables and a quiet, interactive lounge space. A relaxed breakout area has become a haven with flexible spaces to support meetings, collaboration and dining. Fluidly, this working office can adapt and support whatever is thrown at it. The result being, there are spaces that let you “get on with it” and “get away from it all”. In conclusion, the Mammoet office is built with work, play and longevity in mind.

Building works
Partitioning and glazing with acoustic treatments. Installation of feature mesh ceiling and wall panels to Reception, Breakout and Boardroom. New flooring throughout, and applied to accent walls in Reception and Breakout. Painting of all surfaces, including base build. Installation of large format wall graphics and glazing film. Flush plasterboard ceilings. Installation of new blinds to all perimeter windows. Acoustic wall treatments to Quiet Rooms.

Modifications to existing and installation of new mechanical and fire services. New lighting and installation of feature pendants in Reception, Boardroom and Breakout. Power and data throughout. AV to Boardroom.
Furniture
Custom built joinery to Work hubs, Boardroom, Breakout and Reception. Modular furniture in open plan work space. Height adjustable workstations. Task seating, visitor seating and boardroom furniture.
