Well, while it’s hard to believe that Christmas and New year is behind us now, it’s not hard to believe that this year is going to be a very good one. We’ve definitely hit the 2016 project year running with four new projects coming on board already. Three of which are commercial design and fit out projects and the fourth is a refurbishment of a retail tenancy in Shoalwater due to start next week.
Commercial design and fit out starts the year with a bang!
Our first 2016 project to enter the construction phase is for Asterisk Information Security in the CBD. It’s a great tenancy and very suited to this very positive, progressive company. The empty tenancy is currently being transformed into a hip and happening interactive space with collaboration areas, breakouts and open plan work spaces. While our partition lines may be straight and true we are definitely not creating boring and expected boxes to house the ever important meeting and client areas.
This commercial fit out is proving that placement of simple angles can channel hints of “Wonkerism”, without spending a fortune to get the effect. And our team is doing a fantastic job on site, of course. These photos are evidence of how neat and tidy a Bellfort site is. Perhaps our tagline should read “On budget, on time, every time – and very clean”!
Bellfort design and fit out is looking good
Our 2016 marketing plans still see us focusing on the Bellfort website as well as maintaining our radio advertising, monthly newsletters and on-line presence through advertising, blogs and our social media platforms. We also have a new brochure out now so if you would like to get a copy, contact us and we can either send you an electronic version or a hard copy.
And finally, our fundraising efforts for the year are still in the planning stages however, we can confirm that our annual “Bellfort Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Day” will be held on Saturday May 7th at Vic Park Bunnings. Last year was a huge success and we expect to do even better this year.
