Director & Project Manager
Richard brings decades of experience to every Bellfort project, combining the perspective of a licensed builder with the discipline of an experienced project manager. He leads projects from the front, coordinating consultants, trades and stakeholders while keeping a firm handle on scope, costs and timelines. As your dedicated point of contact, Richard is directly involved in day-to-day decisions and is always accessible to clients. His approach is straightforward, responsive and detail-driven, ensuring nothing is overlooked and every project runs smoothly. Known for his calm leadership (and a rotating collection of memorable footwear), Richard keeps even complex fit-outs moving with confidence.
Interior Designer
Jenny leads Bellfort’s commercial interior design with a strong focus on functionality, flow and build feasibility, without losing aesthetic appeal. With extensive experience across commercial and specialist environments, Jenny designs office spaces that respond to how people work, not just how a space looks. Her process is collaborative and considered, translating client requirements into practical, beautifully designed interiors that integrate seamlessly with construction. From space planning through to finishes and furniture selection, Jenny’s designs are inspiring, purposeful and shaped to deliver long-term value.
